How does MeeBox work?
It's simple - On the 1st of every month, we will announce the theme without giving away what the contents of the box will be. (our subscribers get an EXCLUSIVE sneak peek email a few days early). New customers have until 22nd of the month to subscribe and place their orders, providing we have not sold out. Your MeeBox will be sent by a tracked Royal Mail courier shortly after, so you won't have long to wait until it arrives at your door. Haven't ordered your MeeBox yet? Subscribe here .
Themes are carefully selected on a monthly basis by the MeeBox team. Colours featured in your MeeBox reflect this theme. We hope you will be pleasantly surprised. Once you receive it, get creative and don't forget to tag us in you MeeBox mani on social media with #meeboxchallenge for your chance to win a free MeeBox!

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Sorry, no - the MeeBox can only be sent to addresses within the United Kingdom at the moment, but if you're subscribed to our email newsletter, you'll be the first to know if that changes.
We will be more than happy to refund your payment if the polishes received are faulty or damaged. Drop us a line by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will be more than happy to help. If your refund is authorised by MeeBox, please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will also need to pay to postage for any returned boxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the order has been processed. The MeeBox team carefully curate each box and we hope you are pleasantly surprised with the colours we choose. We are therefore, unable to accept returns.
But why would you want to! However, in the event where you would like to cancel your MeeBox subscription, please login to your MeeBox account to manage your subscription. Just remember, you will need to cancel before 1st of the month in order to not be re-billed for next month's theme.
Another great option is to simple "skip" your renewal - don't fancy that month's theme? Simple! just log into your account before 1st of the month and skip that month's theme. This way your subscription is still active and you don't need to go through subscribing again for a future theme.
The MeeBox team will send your order with Royal Mail. You will be sent information to track your delivery. In the event that you do not receive your MeeBox, please do get in touch by emailing [email protected] so we can help you with your missing order.
