What is your refund policy?

We will be more than happy to refund your payment if the polishes received are faulty or damaged. Drop us a line by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will be more than happy to help. If your refund is authorised by MeeBox, please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will also need to pay to postage for any returned boxes.

What happens if I don't receive my MeeBox?

After your purchase, you'll be sent tracking details for your MeeBox when it has been dispatched. If your MeeBox doesn't arrive within 2-3 working days, drop us a line at [email protected] so we can help you.
