How much is a MeeBox?

A MeeBox subscription costs £20 per month. Postage and packaging is currently FREE to addresses inside the UK but £15 for the USA. We're currently only able to ship to the UK and USA but are working on international shipping and will update everyone once we have that in place.


How does it work?

It's simple - On the 1st of every month, we will announce the theme without giving away what the contents of the box will be. (our subscribers get an EXCLUSIVE sneak peek email a few days early). New customers have until 20th of the month to subscribe and place their orders, providing we have not sold out. Your MeeBox will be sent by a tracked courier shortly after - that's when its time to get excited! Haven't ordered your MeeBox yet? Subscribe today!


Can I sign up for just one box?

MeeBox is a "subscription service" so while we don't strictly offer a one-off payment option, there are ways around this. If you'd just like one box, simply subscribe and then cancel or skip before your subscription renews on the 1st day of the following month. You can manage your MeeBox subscription any time by logging into your MeeBox account .


What is your refund policy?

We will be more than happy to refund your payment if the polishes received are faulty or damaged. Drop us a line by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will be more than happy to help. If your refund is authorised by MeeBox, please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will also need to pay to postage for any returned boxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the order has been processed. The MeeBox team carefully curate each box and we hope you are pleasantly surprised with the colours we choose. We are therefore, unable to accept returns.  


Can I cancel my MeeBox subscription?

But why would you want to!? In the event you would like to cancel your MeeBox subscription, log in to your MeeBox account to manage your subscription. Just remember, you will need to cancel before 1st of the month in order to not be re-billed for next month's theme. Another great option is to simply "skip" your renewal. Don't fancy that month's theme? Just log into your account before 1st of the month and "edit" your subscription. Click "Skip next renewal" and you'll simply skip that month's theme. Your renewals will carry on as normal the following month.


What happens if I don't receive my MeeBox?

Each month, you'll be sent tracking details for your MeeBox when it is dispatched around the 22nd of the month. If your MeeBox doesn't arrive, drop us a line at [email protected] so we can help you.
